Kidwelly Curlews

The Kidwelly Curlews meet every Wednesday afternoon. Short mat bowling  is a shorter, indoor version of lawn bowls, played on a 45′ long by 6′ wide mat. The objective is to roll bowls closer to a small target (the jack) than your opponents. A distinguishing feature is a wooden block in the centre of the mat that players must avoid hitting.
